about the retreat order

I was not at 911 but i did see a video today about the radio problem and order to retreat.

In 1985 we had in Paris a group of many consecutives explosions becaus of helium and propane bottles in a parking under the 2nd level underground.

we had 8 injured severe people this day and i was replacing one colegue, before the other explosions.

there was at least 5 explosions one after an other with intervals because of the fire and heat.

we had been called out many time because of the danger and the caracteristic noise that a botle of gaz can make before any damages.

What i can say is that a fireman is not a stupid hero. and he doesn't take any risk that is not really calculated because a fireman know that he cannot save the world all the time and a fireman know that sometimes he can loose a battle against death.
when a fireman receive an order to redraw he does it without any disussion it has been som exemples of heros act and i did myself had in my carrer had the opportunity to go through some difficult time but stupidity regarding suícidal attitude by not respecting a redraw order never.

so please for the respect of thoses lifes lost and those peoples who died this day cut the political bulshit.
